KS1 Primary Teacher – Dunstable
Educators Connected Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic primary school in Dunstable that is looking for a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join their team.
This is a lovely opportunity for a teacher who wants to work within a supportive, welcoming and child-focused school environment, helping pupils build confidence and develop a genuine love of learning.
The Role
As a KS1 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging and creative KS1 lessons
Create a positive, stimulating and inclusive classroom
Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
Encourage confidence, independence and curiosity
Monitor and assess pupil progress
Adapt learning to meet individual needs
Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
Contribute positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
We welcome applications from qualified and experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
You will ideally have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT working towards/holding QTS
Experience teaching or a strong interest in Key Stage 1
A good understanding of the KS1 curriculum
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
A creative, enthusiastic and committed approach to teaching
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
