We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school in Cheshunt. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people and supporting them to achieve their best in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with additional learning needs
• Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment
• Work closely with teaching staff to implement tailored support strategies
• Help students develop social and emotional skills
• Support students with both academic tasks and personal development
• Assist in the preparation and organization of learning resources and activities

Key Requirements:

• Experience of working with young people, particularly in an educational setting (desirable)
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting students
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A commitment to helping students reach their full potential
