Learning Support Assistant – Hemel Hempstead

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a primary school based in Hemel Hempstead we are working with on a full-time basis, providing assistance to individuals with additional support needs. The role involves supporting and educating these individuals in a caring and compassionate manner. The role is to start after September 2026.

DBS on the update service required.

Duties:
– Communicate effectively with children and adults.
– Provide support in various activities to enhance learning and development
– Assist in care and educational activities
– Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing environment for individuals with special education needs

Requirements:
– Experience working with children
– Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
– Knowledge of safeguarding practices
– Passion for educating and supporting individuals with additional support needs
